Emaform AG in Gontenschwil is your partner for customer-specific housings, enclosures and moulded parts made of polyurethane. With around 60 employees and state-of-the-art infrastructure, we offer you a complete range of services: from technical advice and the development of aluminium foaming tools to the series production of your PUR moulded parts. Thanks to generous capacity reserves, we guarantee a high level of delivery flexibility and adherence to deadlines. You can rely on more than 40 years of experience in polyurethane processing.

Toolmaking

Precision starts with the right tool. Together with our experienced partners, we manufacture customised foaming tools according to our own mould-making guidelines. Your investment is then safely stored in our fire-protected mould warehouse.

Production

Across more than 4,800 m² of production space, we manufacture high-quality moulded parts from integral PUR rigid foam and compact material on our machines. Our service portfolio also includes CNC machining and subsequent painting in our own paint shop, as well as component assembly.

Logistics & shipping

The finished parts are professionally packed and transported. With over 1,700 m² of storage space, we can flexibly implement your specific logistics concepts, including LEAN, KANBAN or JIT. Thanks to generous capacities, we guarantee a high level of delivery flexibility and reliable adherence to deadlines for all orders.

Our core competence lies in the production of customer-specific moulded parts made of integral polyurethane rigid foam and PUR compact material in small to medium series. Thanks to our flexible production, moulded parts from 50 g to over 20 kg can be produced.

Integral PUR rigid foam

Integral polyurethane rigid foam combines a compact outer layer with a microporous core to create a material with properties similar to wood. The result is maximum stiffness with minimal weight. Complex geometries can be implemented without any problems, wall thicknesses can be flexibly configured, and threaded bushings can be cast directly. The advantages of this material can be seen particularly on medium-sized and large moulded parts.

PUR compact material

Compact polyurethane is the cost-effective solution for demanding and durable housings. Wall thicknesses from 3 mm can be produced particularly economically with outstanding mechanical properties. Moulded threaded bushings allow for robust direct screw connections. Thanks to its high impact resistance, this material is perfect for housings in medical technology, mechanical and apparatus engineering, as well as in the electrical and furniture industries.
