Emaform AG develops and manufactures precise aluminium foaming tools in close cooperation with you. Our toolmaking experts determine all the details such as mould separation, gating system and venting, and ensure that your aluminium tool is optimally designed for polyurethane foaming technology. Once it has been manufactured and approved by you, the tool is ready for efficient series production of your PUR moulded parts.
Based on your adjusted 3D data, we create the design for your aluminium foaming tool. We procure the necessary raw materials and all standard parts. The moulds are then manufactured externally in accordance with our own tried-and-tested mould-making guidelines. Our in-house mould maintenance department handles the finishing and assembly of the moulds, thus guaranteeing that they work flawlessly.
After completion, we insert the new mould and define all the production parameters for PUR foaming. We create initial and raw samples including a detailed test report for quality assurance. Once you have given your approval for production, we record all customer-specific requirements so that your moulded parts meet your specifications exactly.
