Thanks to the very good repeatability in production, high tolerances can also be met. The material enables production that is largely free of release agents and is environmentally friendly.
Cast threaded bushings offer optimal mounting points, especially for connections that are detached multiple times. Technical moulded parts without special surface requirements can also be coloured black in production. Inexpensive aluminium tools with a long service life are used for production, which can be implemented in a short time.
