Succession plan

For the F.G. Pfister Stiftung, the investment in Emaform AG represents a further milestone in its commitment to sustainable succession solutions in Swiss SMEs. Since 2020, the foundation has already acquired eight other companies through its holding company – all with the aim of creating long-term prospects, safeguarding jobs and promoting responsible corporate governance.
