Tailor-made polyurethane moulded parts for the highest demands: from development and production to the coated surface, everything is available from a single source.
Our core competence lies in the production of customer-specific moulded parts made of integral polyurethane rigid foam and polyurethane compact material in small to medium series. Both material variants offer specific benefits depending on requirements. Integral rigid foam impresses with its sandwich-like structure with a compact outer layer and microporous core, which enables optimum stiffness with minimal weight. Meanwhile, compact material scores with its outstanding mechanical properties and cost-effective processing.
Most of our moulded parts are painted by us to ensure a high-quality surface finish. For applications with reduced surface requirements, the material can also be coloured black. In addition to standard materials, we also work with a special PUR system with a bulk density of around 800 kg/m³ that is approved for dry food applications.
In addition to customer-specific moulded parts, we also manufacture our tried-and-tested ep-DUR polyurethane sheets in different densities. These are used in a wide range of applications, such as model and prototype construction, in CNC test milling and in many other areas.
