Succession plan

For the F.G. Pfister Foundation, the investment in Emaform AG is another milestone in its commitment to sustainable succession solutions in Swiss SMEs. Since 2020, the foundation has already acquired eight other companies through its holding company—all with the aim of creating long-term prospects, securing jobs, and promoting responsible corporate governance.
