Our core competence lies in the manufacture of customer-specific molded parts made of integral rigid polyurethane foam and compact polyurethane material in small to medium series sizes. Both material variants offer specific advantages depending on the requirements: Integral rigid foam impresses with its sandwich-like structure with a compact outer layer and microporous core, which enables optimum rigidity with minimum weight. Compact material scores with excellent mechanical properties and economical processability.
Most of our molded parts are painted by us to ensure a high-quality surface finish. For applications with reduced surface requirements, the material can also be dyed black. In addition to the standard materials, we process a special PUR system with a density of around 800 kg/m³, which is approved for dry foodstuffs.
In addition to customer-specific molded parts, we also manufacture our proven ep-DUR Polyurethan plates in various densities. These are used in a wide range of applications, such as model and prototype construction, CNC test milling, and numerous other areas.
