Compact polyurethane material enables the economical production of wall thicknesses between 3 and 10 mm with very good mechanical properties thanks to short demolding times. Thanks to the very good repeat accuracy in production, even high tolerance requirements can be met. The material enables largely release agent-free and environmentally friendly production.
Cast-in threaded bushings provide optimal mounting points, especially for connections that need to be loosened multiple times. Technical molded parts without special surface requirements can also be produced in black. Inexpensive aluminum tools with a long service life are used for production, which can be realized in a short time.
