The process steps in the production of a molded part

01

Day Container

The liquid raw materials polyol and isocyanate are stored in large raw material tanks or IBC containers. From there, the raw materials are transported via a piping system to the premixing stations and then to the day containers.

Mixing Maschines

From the day tanks, the raw materials are transported via mixing systems to the respective mixing head, ensuring precise dosing of both components.

Mixing Heads

The two components are mixed under high pressure in the respective mixing head and then fed into the closed mold via an injection system.

Mold Carrier

The respective molds are clamped onto around 20 different mold carriers. A control system regulates the opening and closing of these molds, as well as any hydraulic slides.

Aluminum Molds

Inserts are inserted into the open molds if necessary, then the mold is closed and the foaming process is triggered. Once the material has reacted, the mold is opened and the molded part can be removed. When the tools are not in production use, they are stored securely in our separate mold storage facility.

Reworking

The raw parts are deburred during post-processing. If painting is required, the parts are prepared in accordance with the agreed requirements. Special post-processing or variants are carried out on CNC machining centers.

Paintings

The parts are painted according to customer requirements in various paint booths. Textured, smooth, or high-gloss finishes can be applied, as well as special finishes such as conductive or soft-touch coatings. Printing (screen printing or pad printing) in collaboration with proven specialists is also part of our range of services.

Assemblies

In consultation with you, we can also carry out various assembly work on delivered or directly procured components. If required, we can take over the entire supply chain management (SCM) process, from raw part production to all processes involved in the individual manufacture of molded parts and complex assemblies.

Inspection, Packaging and Shipping

After final inspections, the finished parts or assemblies are labeled and professionally packaged. Depending on requirements, special packaging or reusable containers may also be used. Our generous storage capacities enable flexible warehouse management. Delivery is always on time with external transport service providers.
