Emaform AG develops and manufactures precision aluminum foaming tools in close cooperation with you. Our toolmaking experts determine all details such as mold separation, gating system, and venting, and ensure that your aluminum tool is optimally designed for polyurethane foaming technology. After testing and your approval, the tool is ready for the efficient series production of your PUR molded parts.
Based on your cleaned 3D data, we create the design for your aluminum foaming tool. We procure the necessary raw materials and all standard parts. The molds are then manufactured externally according to our own proven mold construction guidelines. Our internal mold maintenance department takes care of the finishing and assembly of the molds, thus guaranteeing flawless functionality.
Once completed, we run in the new mold and define all production parameters for PUR foaming. We create initial samples and raw samples, including a detailed test report for quality assurance. Once you have approved production, we record all customer-specific requirements to ensure that your molded parts meet your specifications exactly.
